This is the brand new Marriott Frenchman's Cove shuttle. The drivers are the security (Loss Prevention) personnel that you can recognize by the bright yellow shirt they usually wear.
In this picture, the driver made a brief stop at Marriott Frenchman's Reef hotel lobby entrance.
